Andy cut his teeth in Marketing working for Insurance giant AXA. In 2000, he joined Direct Marketing Agency WWAV Rapp Collins, where he worked in the Media department rising to the position of Associate Director. In 2005, he moved to one of the big Media Agencies Carat, where he held responsibility for developing Carat’s Direct Response product from a position on the board. He joined The Leaflet Company in 2009.

Prior to that he was the managing director of Independent Regionals. Lawrie’s publishing pedigree goes back to his hometown newspaper The South London Press where he started in tele-sales at the tender age of 19.
